Goin' for broke here, I hit an Ollie's store in Wilmington, NC on Saturday, and scored BIG, they had Johnny Lightning ( gone now almost 2? years from production ), and saw some I missed in earlier releases, and some I wanted more of ( the 57 Chevy Hearse, for one ( actually , 3 of them ). Pretty nice haul, I think Micro will get the orange bus if he doesn't already have it. Some pretty nice cars here for 2.49 each.

How did you get all these things? Especially for those prices?

Hi all,
Now these are my non train slippery slope! I like them all but I really like the ones from the 40s 50s 60s and 70s no matter the maker.
AMC_Gremlin_GT: I saw a bunch of these for $2.50 at an antique store this past Sunday, I did not pick any up though. I really like the police cars in the lot you picked up.
microbusss: No, sorry, I don't like these. I LOVE THEM!
I hope this DOTW becomes permanent.
Thanks for sharing everyone.

I have found a few good hits, but nothing like what Ben gets on a REGULAR basis there. People have old stuff, and it's dirt cheap, too. Good for him!

very true guys Plus because I lives in a low humidity & dry heat area There are TONS of old car parts out here too & they do go for some hot money when posted online
For example my Tootsietoy collection The cars on the right seperated by a space are ones I added The cars on the left I paid $35 which is what ONE car goes for at a local antique shop! Not shown is a plastic wind up Packard which came from the same sale The $35 was my paycheck & I blew it all at ONE garage sale for them vehicles
