Does anyone have any tips on window tinting? I have tried it on a few passenger cars with the "smoke" tint using R/C car paint, but it tends to be too dark. I'm looking for a greenish-blue tint for streamliner dome windows.http://tycodepot.com/

And maybe Hobby Lobby for some colored cellophane. I think they even have colored plastic films by K & N or whatever that company is that makes the architectural supplies . . . if you were looking to cut windows.

That's a good option for flat windows Barry, but my thinking was along the lines of tinting curved streamliner dome windows with someting that is still clear enough to see through. So a spray tint or a decal film like oldtimer suggested is what I'm searching for.http://tycodepot.com/

If you're looking for a spray, they used to make a "stained glass" kit that had a water based brush on type tint. They may still make them and Hobby Lobby would more than likely carry those. Just ask one of the people there about it. It would be easier to work with and the tint was designed to stick to plastic.
