Post your SOTW's right here, guys.

"A lot of modellers out there who go to these train shows see broken HO stuff and go, 'This is useless' when, in reality, they can still be used for modeling whether it's as a prop on your layout or a cool project to make something old new again."

Would if I could. All work and no play for this broke Tycohead. How 'out it Microbusss, I wouldn't mind seeing a different view of the Aero Train.

Hey all, heads up on the Aerotrain: there's gonna be a vendor at the Ag Hall Show on February 22 in Allentown, PA with a Varney Aerotrain to sell for $200, and one of those blue-and-yellow streamliners (IIRC it's supposed to represent the NYC Xplorer trainset from 1956, but I completely can't remember who made it) marked at $300. I saw him at the Merchants Square Show a couple weeks back, and he said he'd be at the Ag Hall Show next.

Chops, that shark took me ages to get my hands on. Keep your eyes open, you'll find one. As for the boxcar I already have several more than what's pictured.

Yaargh! Well, at least I get to enjoy seeing that Canadiana on the TF. Terrific photo of a terrific train on a terrific layout. Maybe I'll gather my resources for a Tyco 2016 Calendar (I am developing a connect) and I want that red and white beauty in it! For October!

Wow! That shorty set takes the cake. "Through Mail." What a slogan. What a contrast to the digital age. "Fast Freight" compared to Fed Ex. Crazy cool.
Don't know which I like better, the Canadiana or the Pennsy set.

These are some pieces that i have posted in the past just never together. I thought that they made a pretty credible weed spray outfit. the tank car is labeled as a fire fighting car, but a quick repaint could make it ready for weed service.
