My AOTW for this week is a 1 out of 9,998 made diecast car model of a 1955 Chevy Bel Air from Racing Champions.
-Steve
"A lot of modellers out there who go to these train shows see broken HO stuff and go, 'This is useless' when, in reality, they can still be used for modeling whether it's as a prop on your layout or a cool project to make something old new again."

Walt, those bring back found memories of climbing inside them to hack out frozen broccolli with a steel bar during my days as a garbageman living in New Hampshire.

I think it would be a great job for MicroBen... A job is never good unless you're doing something you love to do...

Not the best resolution with my pawn store camera, but you get the idea. Barbasol advertising was a big deal in the earlier days of motoring, before my time. Here seen on the Tycomania V layout, for the benefit of trolley passengers. The jingo here is: "The Wolf...is shaved...so neat and trim...now Red Riding Hood... is chasing him...Burma Shave Cream.
Thank you, Microbus!
