Hey I hope I am putting this in the correct forum. Was trolling exorbitant-bay and saw this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/ho-scale-bachmann-E-6-or-7-not-sure-city-of-San-Francisco-powered-/191496278768?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item2c961152f0
I have read that some members are looking for them - just figured I'd help out. And no, they are not mine.
Funny, I didn't know Bachmann secretly stole them!

That seller obviously doesn't really know of all the major model railroad manufacturers of the past, otherwise he wouldn't say it was made by Bachmann. On top of that, don't these things say Tyco clearly on the base?

Bumping this thread because I just bought one of these complete with box for $25 shipped. It's a Union Pacific City of San Francisco like the ones linked, though I'm probably going to reletter it for the City of Portland instead (That's the one that called at my old hometown of Pocatello, is why)
I'm not too worried about whether I got a good price (Given how much most EMD E-series diesels are on eBay I got quite a steal. Yay for Tyco) but I do have a question.
What's the minimum radius of curve for Tyco E7s?

I'd say any Tyco locomotive would easily negotiate a 18" curve, since that was what the sets all came with. Even Proto 2000 E7s will run 18", the biggest issue is that they don't look that great doing it.
