Should have gotten the photo a little clearer but you can tell it is a EMD Bloomberg truck the type used on the BL2 and the early F units. frank

That is an AHM/Rivarossi Diesel truck. I have 5 of those.
If I can't fix it, I can fix it so it can't be fixed.

It's Mehano (aka Tempo; Atest; Izola), not Rivarossi. It's for the later version of the F9 that was first marketed by ATT, and later Model Power, perhaps others. The ATT versions are immediately recognizable by the earlier 5 pole motor. This one's a later (and noisier) 3 pole model.
It would actually be much more suited for the BL2, since they should be Blombergs instead of the blocky FM C-Liner trucks they shoehorned into them instead.
