Just came up out of the train room and found an old turn table. The control box had Rivirossi marked on the bottom of it so I did an internet search and ended up here on the Nov. 24, 2013 BOTW thread. As far as I can tell the table is complete, pit, control box and operator's shed to cover the motor. does anyone have any idea how to wire it up so it will work? I will post pictures later, supper is ready right now.

I found this but, it's written in Italian. I noticed the number 5104 in the text. http://www.hoseeker.net/AHMRivarossiassembly/rivarossi15103roadhousepg2.jpg

I was looking in HOseeker but didn't come across this, thanks. It's in French not Italian and I can read French but it will take me awhile.
Anyway here are pictures of the complete table
The motor
The bridge and connector fingers
The control box
The box has 2 connectors at each side on the top and a 4 wire plug on the bottom.

I didn't see anything that seemed really explicit about the wiring, though.

OK, does anyone have a copy of Model Railroader, Jan 1980? There is an article on page 164 that supposedly describes how to wire the 5104 turn table.

I have waded through all of that, the reference to the 5104 is just to give the setback distances from the table to the engine house(s). Thanks anyway.

PGE33 thanks for the article. Not exactly what I was hoping for. Oh well, back to the drawing board, multi-meter and test leads and see what I can blow up.

Great, then let me ask, does this operate off fixed AC or fixed DC from the power pack? I would assume DC but want to make sure.
