That's actually pretty cool. Especially since it has sound.Not entirely sure how that works, though.

My first thought was that it actually dispensed water! Then I realized how stupid that (or I) was! It's a really cool idea to animate a water tower though.

Seems they copied a postwar Lionel or a American Flyer water tower! Seen a article once on animating a tower with a tortoise switch machine.
