Nice hospital car. Those 1860-1890 Tyco cars are pretty cool.Anyways, my COTW this week is an Athearn Genesis Napa Valley observation coach I got a few years ago for Christmas with some other Napa Valley coaches.

I think these were made by Mehano from Tyco molds... look at the hatches on the top. I do seem to remember seeing this as a pack of three all with different paint schemes, but I only have this one in my hopper collection.
EDIT: It was sold under the Hyvee brand. Definitely Mehano.
