found a S gauge loco with other trains in a box for $10! Any way to fix these? Was tested Motor turns but no movement with power
there was also a AF coal car in the box
yes will sell this along with coal car

Count me in Ben! The e-unit probably needs cleaning (allows reversing).

Yep, probably dirty or worn e-unit contacts. Nice find, though the plastic boilered Atlantics are very common and often go for only $20 - $30. They run nicely when serviced, and it should smoke up a storm.

I have to agree with that one. Just some replacement of parts and/or average maintenance, a good cleaning and that thing is ready to go.
