Missed the train sale on 20 21 NOT much sales but PLENTY of enthusiasm for the displays


Was in PA yesterday Siri sent me to MANY alocation pis maybe later
Riverhead Railfest is BACK On Aug24 and 25 I'll be there hopefully with more sales

What was the name of the schooner? When I saw the pic thought it was the Regina Marie but it could not be!When I saw the photo date it was confirmed The ship was Scuttled in Glen Cove years ago

They have nice scenes on the way to Greenport.




Unfortunately there was a tragedy today on the line west of Riverhead at a crossing in Manorville.

I visited Sea Cliff New York this late afternoon.






Long Island Railroad station depot in the early evening.






Southwest bound train to Jamaica Queens New York at 6:30 pm in Sea Cliff.



Northeast bound train to Oyster Bay New York at 6:35 pm in Sea Cliff. I noticed both diesel engines numbers are 406 and 407.

I did see both areas at the station.



Oyster Bay New York station depot around 4 pm yesterday.



The station at 8 pm yesterday after I walked to Sagamore Hill and back.

Only selection I saw for sale. You can visit them this weekend to see if they plan to bring more items.
I heard that they hope to set up G5 steam engine 35 by next year for display.
