Was this auction just purchased by someone here? Never mind, it worked out in the end.

It's a little sketchy how the title doesn't match the description. Title/picture suggests everything is for sale, description says it's just the cars. Maybe that's why it was pulled...

That's what I'm thinking too.

"A lot of modellers out there who go to these train shows see broken HO stuff and go, 'This is useless' when, in reality, they can still be used for modeling whether it's as a prop on your layout or a cool project to make something old new again."

Actually the auction was up there a week for all the items pictured. I didn't think it would sell because it was not listed where tyco fans would find it. I contacted the seller the day before it ended and proposed to buy only the passenger cars should the auction not sell. It did not sell and he agreed to sell it to me. Next thing I know he lists it and contacts me after it's listed. In the meantime, someone else bought it even though it was meant to be only for me. The buyer then found out it was for only the passenger cars and asked the seller for refund. FINALLY I got this set. Woo hoo, been after this one for a while.

Glad it worked out Todd. I guess you're lucky the other buyer didn't make it to the second sentence in the description!
