oh thats easy there is a box under Format Look for the grey Icon with Tube Click that & this will happen [ tube ] [ /tube ] then copy+paste the link & put link between the tube tube

You can't upload videos directly to the forum, the file sizes would take too much server space. You have to do it through a proxy site, in this case YouTube. I've quoted you, but changed the brackets on the video tags to parentheses so the forum would display them. Video tags work just like image tags, except you paste the video url between them instead of an image url. It doesn't seem to work with any other video hosting site.
So here's your quote again, with a YT video link pasted between the tube tags, looking like this (with brackets instead of parentheses, of course):
(tube)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bHIJBAP9l_I(/tube)
