In case you don't know. Capitol Coal is a coal company that's in the Hunger Games movie and you can see some of the coal cars in the background. Why am I talking about a movie right now? Because I have a ton of H0 freight car kits, some of them are hopper cars so I wanted to paint one or two of them like this:

The seal will be on the bottom area of the car as you can see. I'll post the final product when I finish it, whenever I do finish it. I will eventually so don't worry!

Nope, it's not real. The movie takes place in a Dystopian future. And I haven't made it yet, silly.I'm not even sure how I'm gonna make it look that good. It's gonna take a while. I just wanted to share my idea with you all.I might eventually paint a locomotive in that livery as well but that will be quite a while after I finish the coal car.

Also, here's the idea of what I want to make the hopper car look like. You can't see the whole car in the photo so I'm going to show you the basic idea of what it's gonna look like.

I know, I suck at Photoshopbut I've barely ever used Photoshop so that's why this drawing is so bad. I was gonna make an H0 version of this but much better of course.
