COTW
Sunday, February 23, 2014
I saved this little Hottie from the waste bin. It was part of a load of "rubbish" about to be deposited in a dumpster, new in a red box. Does anyone know if this hospital car came in a set, or if it was just a random run, or anything at all?

Those old Tyco cars are nice - I can't believe why anyone would toss a NIB one in the trash. Incredibale. There was a discussion on hospital cars a month or so ago, but no info on this particular one being in a set or loose.

| Well Jeff, if the recreational grass is on the athletic field, perhaps the medicinal grass can go in this hospital car?

Here's my car of the week. A Tyco Heinz car.

Ok, going with this COTW post, I'll post my new Lionel 0 gauge horse car I just got at an antique place yesterday. Thought it was neat.

My COTW is a mystery (to me for now) brass wood X braced side door caboose:

I think it is a Pacific Fast Mail PFM import

That's really a cool caboose. If you're modeling a short line or branch line, the ability to haul express/lcl freight in the caboose is a mighty handy feature.
