I've been designing a freelanced paint scheme to put on a couple of engines, and I came across a photo of a diesel on Bruce Chubb's Sunset Valley Lines. I liked the look and I'm gonna try to do something similar, so I'm wondering if anyone has any other photos of these locomotives, or know what colors were used to paint them.
Thanks, ChessieRR

| It appears it's just a simplification of the SP "Daylight" paint scheme as used on diesels. Eliminates black roof and hard to paint curved nose bands.

Yeah, great way to cut down on the tricky painting, and it looks good too.

Yeah the red does look a bit pinkish. Heres a bad, but functional photo illustrating my freelance paint scheme concept:

| Model Railroader Magazine has done several articles on the Sunset Valley. Their online archive might be of some help.
