That's nice Ken. It's kind of fun to open up those old kits. I've got a refrigerator car and a hopper car (the metal ones) that I need to get after (e.g., the old Mantua kits).

I'm really getting into these old metal sided freight cars, as others have said they have an authentic look that plastic can't match.

Perfect Ken - thanks. I have a Tyco "green" box version with rivets so I can't take it apart to see how the sides were attached. Interestingly, mine has filled stirrups under the center doors.
