| That's nice Ken. It's kind of fun to open up those old kits. I've got a refrigerator car and a hopper car (the metal ones) that I need to get after (e.g., the old Mantua kits).

What a treasure to find. I'm really getting into these old metal sided freight cars, as others have said they have an authentic look that plastic can't match.

Perfect Ken - thanks. I have a Tyco "green" box version with rivets so I can't take it apart to see how the sides were attached. Interestingly, mine has filled stirrups under the center doors.
