A Varney frame and partially scratch built tender. The boiler? I dunno!

Frame and tender are Varney. Tender came both with and without rivet detail.
Would need better pictures of the boiler shell to tell if it's Gilbert, Marx or what. Gilbert should have an ID number on it somewhere. Marx had a number cast on the cab side.
