Looks like someone is selling off some antiques. A couple of units there look ok. Anyone ever heard of Alm Tempo?

The Rock Island BL2 looks decent.

Hi NF210,
I took a look at the listing. The poster read it wrong. That is a BL-2 engine made by AHM. The stamping says AHM Tempo, Not Alm. I have the same unit. Decent price. If you get it, you might need to replace the rubber traction tires on it as the unit is 30+ years old. They are not hard to replace. Tony Cook has a history of the engine here

Hope that helps!

Guy has no idea what he has or what it's worth. Most obvious indicator is that he has the tender for the Varney Casey Jones listed separately and all are the same price. Most of the diesels are Athearn, one has a GMD SW1200RS conversion added to it.

Probably $75-$100 wholesale, maybe $150-$200 retail there. I wouldn't go more than $10 on the BL2 unless it had the box and that's retail.

That Walthers craftsman doodlebug kit looks like it might be worth what he's asking IMO.
