an easy project ,a Baldwin-Westinghouse electric from 1900s,ken

all thats missing is the trolley pole
i have one of these tenshodo motors,not sure if its this one so might use it

When built it can work any light industrial yard. Or be used to take flat car, or gondola cars loaded with any finished product inside a factory out to a track where the local railroad could pick up and deliver them.
