good find john.
The different loco in the first link is a Aristo Craft Thomas Rogers. The EMD FTA&B are properly named Tenshodo. I seen a set of New York Central ones today at the train show. The third, is a little brass logging locomotive. It is real cheep now, under $20. but once bidders realize what it is could sell for 300 to 400. Not many were made and I think only one run.

The odd steamer is an old New One (Aristocraft) loco, but looking like it does it almost certainly would need some help to get running again.

Jerry,
I'm a FT fan, But the Tenshodo F units from the era have an very inaccurate nose on them. The later Hallmark Brass were better but the drive train was not the best. I'm using Bachmann FTs with the 8 wheel drive frames now. Not the best or most accurate but a reliable affordable choice. I plan on Having 16 or more units in the future. I also want a stockpile of spare parts. The Bachmann units seem the best choice. Just My view.
