Broadway Limited is re-issuing its HO-scale SD-40-2 as the first offering in the new Blueline Series. These models with come with sound equipment factory installed, but will NOT include a DCC decoder. The retail is $169.99 on the SD-40-2. April 2007 is the release date for the Blueline SD-40-2, the release does include roadnames not included in the first SD-40-2 offerings.

BLI's site states the next Blueline releases will be the GE AC6000 in May; the SD-9 in August; and their C-30-7 in September.

Believe the SD-9 is the one new tooling piece in the group. No roadnames have been announced for the SD-9.

Looking at Broadway's site, the originally announced SD-7 is gone. Walthers no longer lists an SD-7 either. Perhaps it is toast?
