Hello Forum,
I've been piecing together the Gandy Dancer set for a while now, circa about 1963. The set seems impossible to find so I'm going this route.
Any availability here for this car? I would greatly appreciate any help locating this car....or the set?

Thank you for the time.

If you could post a pic from a catalog of that era might help.

Check HOseeker.net for a pic.....

I passed on the MOW box car last weekend at a show in nice shape and kind of regret it.

Thanks for the reply...I'll post a pix of a similar car, different road name but the same base set up.............

I'll work on that but for now look down below my post a few topics and go to the "PRR Derrick" post. There is a picture there of the same car but the UP is in bright orange. I had this set as a Christmas present back in 63 or 64.

Good luck, the Derrick is hard to find as well as the water tank car. I seen the Locomotive on eBay over the last month, but I chose not to bid the derrick is my priority.

That is the one except the caboose is not original. I think the box of track would have been in that slot.
