Hey Guys and Tony C. in particular:
I just noticed that some early versions of the So76 430 WITH the Blue nose band DON't have the Presidential seal. That would by my estimation make it a phase 2. Still has MU-2 drive. Then there is a Phase 3 which still has MU-2 but losses the blue nose band, and finally you get Phase 4 which has PT power, no blue NB.
