Ok, just finished PM'ing with EM-1, whew, and it's after midnight EST, so I'm posting my VERY hot find I got today at the train shop. Got to go to the shop's "attic", and rummage around some. While not overflowing with hidden HO treasures, I dug out some gems, and got this one ....
A very vintage, very RARE, Disney Western Germany Schuco Monorail! Not sure if complete track or posts, but the engine works, so the shop owner said, made in 1961. Sold for $59 new, worth $300 in today's dollars, prices are way higher I'm sure. No box, power supply, or anything but rails and supports. Will see if it's complete on Sunday. Bagged other deals, and will post them in the morning.

That is AMAZING. Awesome score. I love the retro-futuristic look, and the fact that this is an actual vintage toy from the 60's makes it so much cooler. Will there be more pictures once you get around to setting it up?

They were designed after the Alwegs Disneyland's 1st monorails
& they are 1:90 scale So darned close to HO 
I has seen these run at the train show in Denver with the attractions, switches & signals going! o.o

You bet! The wife has to make a trip today to deliver a tax return, plus rummage through her distant storage, so I MAY get a chance to do a Hot Tub setup today and actually try it out!  will post any results thereof.
