It is my third, but not complete (parts value essentially) Rare Athearn 1962 International Minerals and Chemical - First Promotional Set:
I've been watching it listed on eBay for several months. He initially had it listed with a BIN of over $450. After relisting and relisting, I was finally able to talk the seller into a BIN of $50. I hope to use some of the parts to repair the two othe sets I have.

My SOTW, the "Dizzy Brakeman." The rubber bands on the box car (original from the 60's) were shot, so I tried to match them up and replaced them. The ones I have are a bit too tight, and don't let the wheels move freely enough. Other than that, a very nice set.
