since I also dabble in some military modeling, I've learned with a bit of mixing Tamiya paints are really good, and my airbrush works well with it.
once I learn the right mixture for boxcar red, I will be champion!
just me Ray... and just because I have Tyco doesn't mean I am not a model railroader

Ray,
Tamiya is good paint, I just like the instant colors by the railroad colors as I don't get into other modeling, or well try not too anyway, but as it seems I've fallen back a little on my auto building days.......Comes from the father of mine getting a REAL 1939 Chevy Business coupe, and "talkin" cars with him on the phone a lot!

Frankly, I find Micro-Mark to be overpriced. These guys here seem to have their stuff together.
