Hello guys, I just got the GM&O 2-8-0 with the powered tender but I can not figure out how to change the traction tires, HELP!

First, take a sharp chisel... 
Seriously, you have to take the half truck assemblies apart and remove them, then remove the motor block from the frame to free the drive wheels.

NKP is correct. You cab get away by loosening up just enough of the motor block and small fingers are present, will save you time. Glad to hear another member has my favorite 2-8-0 in my Tyco collection!

It's been a while. In looking at it again I think all you have to do is remove the plastic truck sideframes. The front one snaps off, and the rear one with the coupler mount is held on with one screw. With those off you should have enough clearance to slip on the new tires.
