i am having a bit of fun,so before anyone says a steam loco never pulled the sky blues,they are now on the pgw preservation department open day,here in sunny uk,ken the up line 7.30am passenger service to birmingham
downline freight passing upline passenger at 7.31 am

todays activity on the second day of the bank holiday open day is seen 8.20 am upline f7a/b rock island golden state passenger service,ken
could do with at least 2 more of the cars,anyone wanting a trade inbox me vulcan lumber co partially loaded train pulls through on the downline in the mid afternoon with some freshly painted cars

vulan lumber co,staff train dropping of workers after a hard days work
g&d freight train passing through on way to depot
thanks to g&d lending the pgw 2 cars we were able to run last train of day to take visitors home via catford

third and last day of pgw open day,ken g&d cars out of body shop on way back to g&d depot
empty freight out for public airing so to speak
mow train out doing checks since first light this morning returning to depot
|

thanks for comments guys,one thing we must not forget,are the military,being pulled by my yet to be finished navel dock sider ken
as the day progresses things start to wind down,boxcab no 1 returns to depot empty before returning to bodyshop for further modifications

3 odds that were purchased by pgw,but found unsuitable so off to the sales they go,pulled by boxcab no2 ken
and to close the day,the matchbox set in all its glory

What a Memorial Day parade, Ken. I love the MOW train, the old-timey Aristo Craft 0-4-0, the Mogul, and that GN loco is a beaut! Must be brass, but what manufacturer?
