My contribution this week comes from the flea-grounds of Carlisle, PA. I got this at the Spring Carlisle Auto Flea and show on Friday. Vendor had lots of HO, much of it Mantua and Tyco, sprinkling of others, mustly older stuff. I paid $30 for this Little Six engine, in nice shape, still has the jewel in the back! Had 2 other Six's as well, but this was the nicest of the 3. Haven't tried to run it yet.

Pair of 0-6-0 switchers. The Athearn is very recent to me (three + years ago), the Mantua was the last new H0 engine I ever bought, in Groton, Connecticut, in 1970.

Just picked it up with a small lot of stuff. It has not come yet. Never saw one in person before, but there is a webpage dedicated to it here:

hi sean i have 6 of those mint unused, but all wheels are zinc rotted, and as your link shows only 2 liveries were made, the pennsy is mega rare so yours is either a repaint or even more rare ken

According to the link there is anecdotal evidence of a UP version, which makes three. Sean's box says "Santa Fe", which lends support to the idea of a repaint.

Technically 2 different locomotives but they are both Maine Central 671! The maroon F is made by Atlas and the green F is made by Life Like. Thanks Redwoods! The maroon #671 is very nice and was a steal at only $30 at a train show. The numberboards even light up!

A Tyco-Mantua custom c430 given to me from a friend who didn't want it. Had the MU motor but couldn't for the life of me get it to turn over so I took it out and will be converting it to powertorque soon. Will be staying in it's unique paint as well.
