Has anyone else gotten a Microsoft Jet Database Engine error trying to navigate to the forum website? It has happened to me twice now!

Yes - happens from time to time - could have been power outage in server area or temp shut down for maintenance

I want to make sure we're on the same page here, because I've gotten this error before while navigating the site AFTER logging in. What I'm talking about is getting this error when first attempting to access the site. It prevents me from accessing the site at all.

It happens a lot, sometimes while I'm in the middle of posting. Usually if I wait a few minutes and refresh it comes back, but last night it seemed to be down all evening. It's always been a flaky server.

It happened to me just after midnight last night, which possibly correlates with your experience, Nelson.
It makes sense to me that it could occur after I've logged in and am navigating through the site. It just doesn't make sense to me that it would occur before I've logged in; it should execute the same way every time and thus work...unless the underlying database itself is down, which is possible. I've just never had it happen at the very beginning of a session before. Not that I'm wishing bad luck on anyone else, but I'm glad it isn't just me!
Thank you blackstone1, Brianstyco, microbusss and NickelPlate759 for your feedback. It is appreciated!

Todd has the servers set to reboot at midnight and I can't remember from my moderator days...
