Wouldn't be that hard to make starting with say one of those later Tyco side-dump ore car frames; a tank, some styrene to make the boxy parts, and pieces from like a permanent marker or pen body for the end of it.

Eventually those got to be small things on 4 wheels and self-propelled, which I believe are still used, Conrail used them anyhow because I saw them a few times.

lvrr325,agree with your comments about kitbashing,seen contrails which i do not think has the same character as one above ken
