Hello Guys!
I am Chris! I have been in to Tyco and other older trains for a while now. They were what my dad had when he started out in HO and what I used when I was young (except a lot of them didn't survive! Got a lot of blue box locos still though you can't kill em) I am just getting back in to HO scale now that I have the space for a layout, and time off from college. I enjoy working on "lower" end trains because you can get tons of them at shows for next to nothing! (I have tons of Tyco, Life Like, Model Power) and I am not too much of a stickler for details or a rivet counter.
I do have a question though what are the rules for posting in the loco of the week and similar threads?

LoftW and others are just that...you post a pic with a story behind it, regardless of brand or scale, so long as it is vintage
We have one for rail cars, locomotives, buildings, complete sets and accessories...

| Sweet! Would some athearn blue boxes be vintage, got some with a interesting history, and they are pretty old (I have had them for a least 15 years or so), and just got some neat old 60s mantua cars.

Don't worry you will see enough of me  ! I am just getting back in to the hobby and I am digging out all of my stuff out of storage!
