I got another project I wanna build with 2 Tyco MDT's that are MU-2 models. I wanna solder 2 wires from each one to make a better electrical pick up. What do I need to do this and where can I solder the new wires.

Since the chassis is already one side of the electrical connection on those old MU-2's, you really only need to run 1 wire for the other electrical connection. Obviously you need to get inside each one and solder the wire to the non-chassis connection ( need an Ohmmeter to check it properly ). Unless you're running them DCC, then you'll need 2 wires. And then run the wire across the coupler area between them. Probably should use some small JST connectors to join them so you can take them apart easily, too.
