A little late to the party, but if the logo is kind of a serpent, it's probably Scientific Toys. The locomotive is based on a Hong Kong mould for the Durham line, and the tender may be too. DEpending whether the fake wheels are solid or spoked. If they're spoked, they'd be Kamco molds, as Durham had solid wheels and never used the big passenger cars.
