I got these in a HO junk box for $5 at a garage sale & I've looked in both Red & Brown Box on Tony Cook's site & I can't find them Maybe I missed them somewhere I dunno
One is missing a bulb & a spring

Some place, I have a few of those too! IO like them but there is another company that makes them that look even better (and no, its not Atlas) but they look reasonably good for the details on the ones I am speaking of!

I have two of them on my Christmas platform, but I can't get them to work! The bulbs do work. They came in a white, brown and orange cardboard blister package, I think 1970s era.
