no toptrain its fine I was just curious Tho I have seen that some bigger USA trains used a auger type of system to put coal into the firebox instead of by hand

dont worry about the missing smoke deflector, this engines also ran without them.
the tender cab was for the conductor on goods trains to save a caboose!
this engines where coal fired by hand but few of them where oil fired. - Erich

Great picture Erich. That is the way I recieved mine when I got, except for the one smoke deflector. The other tender I got a couple of years latter.

Erich, That is great. Photos of the Kleinbahn factory. The Atlas tool company is 20 Minutes away from me by car. They have HO trains also.

Unfortunately the molds are broken many years ago. BTW this Class was the strongest and biggest expresstrain locomotive in Austria and it has the world most longest main rod. - Erich

The tanker is from "Liliput" another great Austrian manufactorer. This one was also made in Vienna!

I do happen to recall quite a few german engines were fueled with powdered coal during and after the war. Can't imagine oil burners, we practically flattened their oil industry.
