They look to be Athearn to me Ken.

Athearn also produced for Lionel and they made a auto transporter for them too. I have no images of it, but it was the same car as that, but it may have been lettered differently and would have the (L) somewhere. Otherwise that looks like an Athearn car with Athearn Cadillacs

I have seen that one sell pretty high, even as an Athearn. Typically ~$20 or more.

Seems to me I read somewhere that Tyco used the Athearn model Auto-loader and Cadillacs? for it's promo pictures, but came out with the '68 Camaro and AMX cars for the actual car. Not sure on that , but I thought someone posted pics of it sometime in the past. Either way, it's a nice piece, regardless of the box it came in.

They did use Athearn autos, shortened so six would fit on the car.
