Hi Toptrain,
That is some nice stuff you got there! Are the Penn. cars metal? That Brach's candy car is sweet! That has been on the top of my want list forever.
Thanks for sharing

Well Statin Island train show post starts here. before it is old stuff
** Sorry about the very late post. The show starts in less than a hour. I am still in my pajamas. I'll still be there when the show opens. It is the train show that is closses to my home. " I'LL BE BACK "
* I'm BACK ! * It was a holiday flee market. In the school cafeteria. There was a dealer I knew from Long Island there. He sold mainly Lionel with some HO. He had nothing interesting for me. In the back meeting room , adjacent to the cafeteria are running train layouts. A large Lionel one. A Ok sized HO layout. A small HO Christmas layout. Inside the large Lionel layout in each corner were 4 other running layouts. One was LGB. Another Flyer S gauge. both were Christmas layouts. Another one was a Halloween layout in Lionel size with buildings making scary sounds. The forth layout was Lionel also but was done in a Disneyland style. I'll post some photos. * The Back room had a long table with train sets on it that were being raffled off. On one end of this long table some trains were being sold. I got 3 Bart cars there, like new in there boxes. 2 powered. all un-built. * About the train show ; here were a lot of nice people giving their time and talents to the church. It was nice. frank Click link to view photos. Look in upper left for slidshow. click this to see slideshow

Yep Pete, Those were made in 2 small runs but the original maker, then 1 other run. I think, by Walters. They may have made more, all sold out . To find 3 unbuilt units, with 2 powered A units is hard. Being a steam and early diesel person it will be hard to make them fit. Put some round window inserts into all the windows, paint them brunswick green, letter them for the Pennsy Filyer with different numbers, and some keystones here and there. Maybe blue and orange for a CNJ Blue Comet. frank
