Well, I wanted one.....(I wound up selling it tho, offer I couldn't refuse!)

Alot of detail changed and some added, and then the handrailing is custom fitted, with Athearn stanchions.....

Leave it up to me, I'll make anything into something that no large company has EVER done!

Thanks Justin....

I should have removed the bulge for the blower just behind the cab on the left side alittle more.....I didn't realize it had not been 100% flush with the rest of the long hood! Then large exhaust port on top has been removed and replaced with 4 smaller oval shaped ones? Not to mention the headlight relocated, and then the top pf the number boards shaved off, and horns moved.... plus the handrailing on top of the nose?

Alittle work to say the least!

I plan on making another one maybe 2 of them in CSX.....(I HAVE TONS of TYCO GP20 shells to play with!

Really cool looking. Is that railing on the top of the short hood prototypical?

newhudson,
It sure is! I know its odd looking but I like it thats why I modeled one!

Altho, the railing on the real thing, looks much smaller and more finer then what I could come up with at the time (I used .015 thick music wire, plus the thickness of the paint added to it so.....)

But overall, looks really good!

Sean,
I could make posts of the custom trains I've done and have an endless supply of threads going all at once! (My photobucket account, has over 1600 pictures in it, currently!)

Thanks tho, I appreciate the good reviews, even tho, that loco doesn't, or well didn't run at all.......... it was a dummy so would run with anything it was coupled too!
