i have just found another gwr 5700,listed by age 50s oogauge
 60s finescale oo,runs on scale track,and has scale wheels in width
 70s oo gauge 8750
 gwr built these from 1929 till the 50s,from 29 to 33 they had round windows,from 29 they had rectangular windows and slightly different fittings and were known as the class 8750 both are shown above

very nice loco & my FAVORITE UK one! All cause I had one in Matchbox one time I dunno what 18 shillings is in US money but it sounds cheap

about $3 dollars back then with conversion ie 3 dollars to £1,todays conversion $1.50 ken

hi ray were the buffers originally there,was that walkway there or did you add,and is that original tender ken

The is is how I got it, The walkway is brass, under that is a L/L dockside frame and cylinder (modified by previous owner). The tender sits on an AHM MDT chassis. T got this in a box lot and got it to run, I don't know if it was some sort of repower attempt of a brass loco or someones scratch build. I would like to put the brass boiler and tender shell on brass chassis. I can't even find a photo of a possible prototype.

Ray by look of it, that's a 4-4-2 i would think London north eastern railway by wheel colour,something like this ken
 not this but smaller due to the gaps between wheels or this
