Probably someone's creation, but I thought I'd throw it out there. Looks like a John English drive. The body is either zamac or cast brass. tender is Mantua.

Could be a Varney shell. They made a streamlined boiler used on a Pacific and a Hudson through about 1955, it looks similar although the nose looks different from the pic in my book.
