I just bought a Casey Jones on eBay. The bell bracket is long gone! I have another boiler with the bracket and bell. Would it be easier to swap the brass details (railings) than to swap over the bracket.

Hello Justin,
I would imagine the bell and bracket by them selves would be an easier swap than all the handrails. Because you need to make sure you don't kink the wire getting it off (sometimes they are pretty tight or glued) and then trying to get the stanchions to fit or stay in the new holes without gluing can be a pain to.

I just checked mine and the bell bracket is riveted to the boiler, so it would be easier to transfer the handrails.
