I found a nice of clunkers on eBay. 2 are Mehano/Yugo made C-630's demo units. Anyways, what is my options of remotoring it? Also, how could all-wheel pickup be obtained?

Drop them on the floor first.
Seriously, these Japanese motors are the best deal out there, even though he's raised the price a little. You'll have to wait for him to re-list, which he does every few weeks. They will fit with little modification.

As for pickups, you can make extra ones out of any scrap phosphor bronze pickups from a junker diesel.

All wheel pickup will require a lot of wipers. You may want to settle with 8-wheel pickup instead for simplicity, and it will be just about as reliable (my IHC C-628 won't stall over anything!). Try using Kadee centering springs. They're easy to modify, solder well, and have perfect tension for electrical contact vs. free wheel movement. I use these all the time for adding pickups, and they work great!
