hi bob,not my era,they have a few detail bits on top that could be replaced but they are smooth runners made in Denmark I believe for con cor,came in one of my job lots along with some diesels,ken
these 2 also came in package

I blew my budget for awhile or I'd take them off your hands...probably be worth your while posting them as is on Feebay and just taking what you can get for them, they are really nice models...

I just sold a set of those cars on eBay for $50 and a 4-unit set for $40, I sure wouldn't ruin them for one pair of couplers and some extra trucks that could be scabbed off dollar bin junkers at a swap meet. In fact my buddy is slowly building about 4 more sets of them just to take to a show to sell.

I've always wanted a set of these, not sure if I could use them though, toptrains right they would make a good pool! I'd like to see a real pool made out of one of these though.
