had this out today on test track,very heavy 1.5 kilo,but runs sweet ken tenshodo nyc mohawk
 and three others all ran well


 plus no89 and 91 of the pgw,testing is the bit i like most

another test run after servicing d&h k-62 4-8-4 by nickel plate,just noticed one marker light missing,got to get that,ken
 excursion coming,wake up

another 2-6-0 custom painted with brass walkways,original model is a bowser Casey Jones,sweet runner,ken
 this with 4 rivarossi maroon cpr cars is up for grabs,loco is boxed

hi erich,got it off member here,from what i have managed to fathom,no train had it on in movie but in the book,all the soldiers on board,painted the tender with von ryans express,so as there was no pictures the model is down to artistic licence by a modeller,ken ps in the movie they used an italian train with german deflectors and the number 51 in red and white as per the model i have extract from book Unlike the film, the Ryan in the original novel survives and makes it to Switzerland with the other POWs. He then bursts into laughter when he discovers that the words "VON RYAN'S EXPRESS" have been painted onto the outside of the train
