Have purchased though Ebay 4 C630's. Three with six slots to remove trucks and fuel tanks and one with only four slots (fuel tank screwed in though weighted casting). What is best way to remove truck assemblies. do not want to snap off. They run with various levels of performance so want to clean and check.
Thanks for your comments in advance.

The trucks on the newer C630s are a snap-in fit, but you have to pry the sides out a bit to get them out. You need to review this article by Tony / Goingincircles, a very informed guy here who knows about these engines. The 630 does have a hard-to-remove engine cradle as it's a tight fit, so you can crack the shell or cradle piece if you're not careful.

But this article will give you all the info you need to properly service these old Tyco engines. Just take it step by step, and you will have them running in no time.
