Hello Everyone
I recently acquired one of the center street kits recently, it is the Tyco Center Street Schoolhouse,
there is a mention on this page about it

how rare are these things, I just got one that is still sealed, and when these kits were originally around by tyco, I don't remember seeing them,
any input is helpful

Hi George,
IHC had offered the same kit (along with the majority of the Tyco kits) begaining in the mid-90s, so they are common. The kit may be worth something to the Tyco collectors though. [:D] FWIW: I do remember Tyco offering the schoolhouse around the time when the Center Street kits came on the market (around 1981).
