My COTW is a simple little fun guy, an old Walthers Piker kit of a shorty passenger car. These typically seem to bring 20-30 bucks on Ebay, I got lucky and while shopping at a vendor at TImomium in March, he dropped this cutey on the table with a $5 sticker on it, it wasn't there 15 seconds before I had the cash out. I bought quite a bit from that vendor, actually. Anyway, enjoy!

Another rebuilt crane from a recent eBay lot. Had to super glue one parts to hold the boom up. Now, I need a boom tender!

To "microbusss", concerning that Denver & Western boxcar. That car is from the Denver HO Model RR Club. They are alive and well. I visited their layout in February of this year. They have a pretty nice layout. Very cool that you snagged one of their cars -- I wouldn't mind having one of those myself. Here is a link to their Internet web site:

It took me awhile, but I finally found my photographs from when I visited the Denver And Western HO layout. A really nice guy there gave my wife and me a private tour. I snapped a lot of pictures. The one below shows a few more of those D&W boxcars -- and in the background, you can see a D&W work caboose!
