my birthday was yesterday but i got the 2 engines i asked for, a 3 truck climax and an 0-6-0T
here's my favorite bachmann engine i have by far! this climax is perfect!! smooth crawling speed performence and great detail and directional lighting. i installed the oil bunker today for a western tourist railroad look
here's the 0-6-0T also a great runner!! The climax is dcc only and was $190 the 0-6-0T is dcc only and was $70 i dont run dcc but they work on my dc layout

I follow your videos on youtube. You are amassing quite a steam fleet there my friend. Kind of like me with the Athearn blue box models. Gabby is all Happy that i am buying all of Allen's old stuff and not buying Mike's stuff at the Roundhouse. LOL

Thanks ray! I appreciate it and yes I love buying steamers the last few years that's basically all I've bought! I plan on going to the roundhouse this weekend with my $100 to buy the mantua 4-6-2 SP that smokes!! I will hold off on buying the 2 renaming mantuAs from t collection they bought for now. If I bought the Dixie ell I wouldn't use it a lot so eventually I'll buy the 2 remaining.

I was going to go there this weekend but I just blew 250 bucks on a Genesis Sd-45 Sound Unit in Merger Scheme. Though i don't need to, I am pacing myself a bit. I did have my eye on some Sd-40-2's that they got but am going to wait until I move a few Engines out of the roster. I simply have too much stuff. Besides, Gaby says I am the only one buying the bluebox kits so i should be safe until next payday.

well i plan on getting the 4-6-2 and maybe a $5 junk box engine, i bought 2 tyco plymouths from their junk box and rebuilt 1 to operation but the other one needs wiring work. Where are the engines that you buy? The blue box kits.

In the glass cases as soon as you walk in, by Gabby's desk/ computer. Sometime you find some consignment engines there. They are older Athearn engines that need to be partially assembled. All the ones you see on my workbench came from the Roundhouse. They smell like smoke so I know hey probably sat there for quite some time.
